This book is not yet featured on Listopia. Oct 23, Paula rated it did not like it. The topic of servitization is quite interesting, however, the book gives me headaches. Unfortunately, it a mandatory reading for a class so I have to make of it. The problem is that the structure is not clear. For instance, the parts which are not relevant and are pure logic are described in detail, while the parts that are actually important are shown as completely irrelevant and explained in fairly vague sentences.

Excellent read if you are looking to understand the key characteristics of servitization. This is a research area which is relatively early in its life and so the book raises a number of interesting questions. An accessible read for busy business people both in its length and writing style. Wake Norris rated it did not like it Apr 21, Mike Pilcher rated it really liked it Jun 22, Haley rated it liked it Jul 31, The Strategic Alliance Handbook.
